How we control quality

Battery quality is determined long before welding. Every cell passes incoming inspection: we measure internal resistance, voltage and actual capacity. Only A-grade cells go into production.
Next comes group sorting. Cells with closely matched parameters go into the same pack: such a battery runs balanced and ages evenly.
Connections are laser-welded with copper busbars. That means minimal contact resistance, repeatable results and zero cell overheating in the process.
The final stage is testing the finished battery under load and across temperature conditions. Only then does the pack ship to the customer.
